Extensions follow your natural lash cycle and usually last four to six weeks. To maintain a full appearance, we recommend fills every two to three weeks. Retention depends on aftercare, natural lash health, and daily routines.
Yes—we accommodate sensitive eyes by using hypoallergenic adhesives and gentle products. A patch test is available for new clients, and we adjust techniques or recommend lifts/tints if extensions could cause irritation.
Avoid water and steam for 24 hours, use oil-free cleansers, and gently brush lashes daily. Don’t rub or pull, and avoid oil-based makeup removers. Schedule regular fills to preserve shape and fullness.
We generally advise against mascara on extensions, especially waterproof formulas, as they reduce retention and are hard to remove. If needed, use a water-based mascara sparingly on natural lower lashes and avoid the base of extensions.
